PETSAFE Mandarinna RECALL

It has been identified that PETSAFE mandarinna, the double antiseptic food grade dry shampoo spray for pets,  is currently facing valve leakage. PETdiatric Laboratories personnel on the other hand is trying to resolved the matter through continuous changing the defected valve products off the shelf and at the same time, getting our valve supplier from the States to provide us with a stronger resistance valve.

The leakage is mainly due to the stronger antiseptic ingredient in the formulation, it works better, unfortunately the valve design is unable to withhold the strength of the formulation.

PETdiatric Laboratories will have a nationwide recall on the product off the shelf from all our distribution outlets. For customers which had purchased a defective product of PETSAFE mandarinna, please exchange it with PETSAFE (PINK) from your retailer. PETdiatric Laboratories will be exchanging all existing PETSAFE Mandarinna with PETSAFE (pink) to all the retailing outlets.

We regret on the inconvenience caused due to the leakage products. Our sole "feelosophy" is to provide a products that is effective, cost effective and a solution to all the pets in Malaysia. Love all pets.
